Membership plans are for established patients only.​

Memberships will be billed to your account monthly on the date of sign-up.​

A 3-month commitment is required for all memberships.

​Each appointment is for 30 minutes and includes: adjustment, soft tissue work, dry needling, rehab exercises, and injury prevention/education.​

"Family" memberships are for 2 or more individuals and may be divided in the way of your choosing.​

30-minute appointments may be extended to 60-minute appointments for an additional $40 if scheduling is available.​

Additional appointments are exclusively priced at the average appointment rate of your membership plan.​

Memberships are NOT a pre-paid visit plan; visits do not carry over to the next month. If your appointments are not used, they will NOT be credited towards future months.​

Complimentary Normatec compression therapy is included with all memberships.​

Memberships are cash-based and cannot be combined with insurance rates.
