Maintaining our health is an active effort. At Seoul Chiropractic, we want chiropractic care to be affordable and accessible to you and your entire family. Our mission is to help you feel better and STAY better, which is why we have established our membership plans.

All membership appointments include: full spine/extremity adjustment, soft tissue work, dry needling, rehab exercises, and management recommendations.

Memberships will be billed to your account monthly on the date of sign-up.​

A 3-month commitment is required for all memberships.​

Family memberships are for 2 or more individuals and may be divided in the way of your choosing.​

Additional appointments are exclusively priced at the average appointment rate of your membership plan.​

Memberships are NOT a pre-paid visit plan; visits do not carry over to the next month. If your appointments are not used, they will NOT be credited towards future months.​

Memberships cannot be combined with insurance rates.
